Shipping & Returns
These are starter policies. Review the wording and adjust it to how your shop actually operates.
Processing & shipping
In-stock parts ordered before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. Made-to-order and machined items typically ship within 3-5 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
Freight items
Complete housings, trusses and long shafts may ship freight. Freight deliveries are curbside and require someone present to sign. Inspect the crate before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Returns
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item. Installed, modified, welded or painted parts cannot be returned.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery. Parts damaged by competition use, improper installation or exceeding rated capacity are not covered. Send photos and your order number to start a claim.
